I've got a job where I need to source some more of this gutter/downpipe

Can't find any markings?

Any ideas what this profile is called? Any links etc appreciated

I think I've seen those wavy shaped fittings on conservaories .Not a common thing in plumbing merchants AFAIK

Look up gutter compatibility chart. Then measure and find what will match from the sizes listed.
osma which is UK brand is odd size. Can be hard to match.
