I can't see any way a mulfunctioning boiler could induce a leak from the tanks in your loft. The priority must be to stop the leaks before they bring down a ceiling. Sorting out the boiler is a secondary consideration at the moment
Could this be related to the greenstar ri boiler malfunctioning? It randomly stopped working, started to flash the blue light sometimes when I turn hot water on couple times a week. Havnt had heating on for almost 2 years til recently, and not serviced for 3!
The boiler issue, is unlikely to be connected to your water leak. Two days after your original enquiry, and you would seem to have not actually bothered to do anything about it. That despite the advice I gave you on the same day of your OP. The advice was, to turn the water off at your stop tap, and run your hot taps, to drain the tank water away and thus hopefully, stop any further leakage from the tank.
Water can do lots of expensive damage in the home, unless you effectively deal with it, you are risking having to pay thousands out for the eventual water damage repairs.
