Any idea what this connector is?

It's off a 2003 Fiat Punto wiper motor. Looking for the corresponding male part to insert in to connect the motor to a 12v leisure battery on a boat.

You could go to a scrappers and see if you could get a length of Fiat loom, or why not cut that connector off and sort your own?

Yeah,g I could just snip it off and solder on my own connector.

Any idea what the green wire would be? Wouldn't be an earth would it?

This for the rear wiper on the '99 to 2003 Punto model from the Haynes

3 - B/V white/green
1 - V/N green/black
2 - N/Z black/purple (ground)

Wiper motors have a self park mechanism, hence they can keep going even when switched off at the column switch, hence the 3 wires.
Are you going to continue to use this as a wiper?

No, because I just tried it on the boat windscreen and the bit that goes through that the arm mounts on doesn't fit through the hole in the window . The motors are going back.on eBay, unless I can make the hole bigger, in which case, yes, will still be used as a wiper.
