Just looking for some general opinions here, moved into a new house, there's what I think is real wood flooring downstairs (and in some rooms upstairs), doesn't appear to be in the best condition but looks like it might be a nightmare to lift so I'm thinking I could either try to revive it (sand down and stain) or just laminate over the top of it. Never really done anything with this type of flooring so don't know what I'm in for either way, just wondering if anyone has ever did similar?
