I've an earth leakage clamp meter which is in Cal, in near mint condition except the 'zero', 'min/max' and 'hold' buttons have fell out due to the meter not being put back in it's case and shoved in a leccy's bag. The miscreant also lost the battery compartment screw and threw out 2 high capacity NiMH batteries. Last time I lend instruments to tradesmen types.

That aside, I've contacted RS for contact details but they did (would?) not provide them and only offered to take in the meter for repair. Not really keen on spending loads to have the meter sent away just for a few buttons which cost less than a pound each.

There are no contact details in the manual. Web searches lead to RS.
Anyone have contact details?

Methinks that the meters are made by someone else and then badged and packaged as Iso-tech and sold exclusively by RS.

If you look on the PCB, you might find a reference number, or name that you could check out on a search engine, or failing that, type in the specification of your meter and search under 'images' to see if you can find one that looks the same, but with a different name on. It's a long shot, but I managed to track down a thermostat that way once.

Thanks for replying.
From the lack of informaton on the web it looks like a OEM model.

It's out of warranty anyway so if I open it up and break a seal there's nothing to lose .
