I have a Zip heater at the moment but it leaks like a sieve and cant heat water enough to give a bowl of washing up water.

Would this be man enough do you think? If not, what do Ii need to look out for?

Sorry - I should have said - its domestic, in our kitchen. All I want is a washing-up bowl-full of water at about 50 deg (without waiting the 5 minutes or so it takes the Zip to do it, if it hasn't flooded the kitchen again in the mean time.....)

If the stopcock is also under the sink or close by, MI's state you must fit the expansion vessel, so make you're installer is aware.

thanks.

I guess I was after an opinion on the make and model, or other recommendations.

Thinking now of vented system, and changing the taps accordingly - easier install.
