Needs to be boxed in anyway as its too close to the bath, you should not be able to stand in bath and touch electrical appliances.
It will be ok to box in as long as you can remove the front for servicing.
leave 50mm clearance all round with removable panels.
Hard to tell what the boiler it....could do with a close up of the front where the timer etc is.

That look like a Glow-worm Betacom Combi 24 HE or 30 HE.
