Been using these cheap magnusson blades from b and q and blade which came with it. Anyone know what blade abd where to get spares from? It's not Stanley as this doesn't fit

Wanted a few all kept sharp for door hanging etc

Blimey someone still using hand planes, I gave up on those years ago. Electric planers make the job so much easier with tungsten blades, etc., which every retailer sells if you ever need one. No offence, but why not treat yourself, you won't regret it.

I still use a block plane as a part of shooting doors in, once you've removed the manufactured arris of 45 degrees, a block plane is great for putting it back on, or for just removing arris prior to sanding.

Other than this I never use it.
