???? ANYONE KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON????

When my external washing machine water valve is in the ON position it automatically seeks and released water - even when NOTHING is plumbed into the valve. Have recently bought and plumbed in a brand new w/m and as soon as I connected it to the valved pipe and turned the valve on water came through the valve - what's going on? Do I need to change the valve or is there some sort of underlying plumbing problem?

Suggestions please .... thanks

Sorry I don't understand the question.

I take it you don't mean "when I turn on the tap water comes out of it" so what do you mean?
