I need to wire back in my oven but want to know the right way to do it.
We have this oven(rated 2800w):
And this hob:
The hob is currently hard wired into a 32a circuit. There is a plug next to this that's unused. Can I stick a 13amp plug on the oven wiring or does it need to be hardwired together?
Im thinking yes, as its under 2900w. But isn't the plug socket behind the cooker usually only used for the spark on a freestanding cooker?
