Anyone used the Quinetic PIR's?

I have some lights in our garden that are switched from our brick shed.

Looking at Quinetic PIR's and it looks like I can fit a PIR that's wireless and a receiver where the switch is currently.

Has anyone used them before and is it as simple as it sounds?
