apollo fanfare 30/50 boiler

As you can see i have an old boiler.My problem is my hot water is too hot(boiling in fact).I have looked on the hot water tank for a thermostat but there is'nt one how is the temperature regulated? i have looked inside boiler and there are two stats a hi and low are these the stats that regulate the temp.
Please help as i keep burning myself

they dont regulate your hot water mate just the temp at which the boiler itself operates.

you should have a thermostat on your cylinder, it may have fallen off which would explain the excessive heat
 
there is not a stat on the hot water tank and no place for the stat on tank anyway

do you have a diverter valve(s) should be above the circulating pump.

also normal cylinders do not have apurpose built aperture for a thermostat as you have to strap one to the cylinder.

Apollo's are designed for fully pumped systems so it should have the valve(S) mentioned and both a room and cylinder stat (without which you have no thermostatic control of the hot water)
