I am no expert, my trees have had the same problems.
LEAVES : Could be Fire blight , leaf scorch , this may be do to potash deficiency.
BARK: looks like lichen, Try Winter wash treatment,
Lots of good products that would have cured this have been taken off the market EU rules !
