Applying Liquid rubber in winter

I have some leaks (pvc window cill, asphalt roof) can I apply gorilla liquid rubber paint on a dry day (about 8c temp) if it will rain the next? Can says cures in 24-48 hours. Maybe I need to do this in spring.

Also, is there much difference to this liquid rubber paint vs £5 black roof/Gutter repair sealant? Must be 4x the price at least.

Get some flashband and apply it using a blowlamp or hairdryer?
