Hi
I have a manual mixer shower over my bath, it is an Aqualisa Aquavalve. It is very reliable, doesn't use a pump and has lasted for 15 years or so.
The past 6 onths or so the shower drips (from the showerhead) when the shower dial is turned fully off. This has got worse over the months.
After searching I believe the cartridge seals have worn and need replacing.
I have the installation insturctions booklet that I have kept over the years.
After removing the small disc at the front, I expected to find a screw (similar to a tap), but there was none. Anyway I have looked at the booklet and it seems the front plastic dial cover just pulls off. But how do i do this without damage!! It is stiff!!
Any tips on how to remove this please so I can get to the cartridge and replace it please as I'd rather not have to fit a whole new shower valve!!
Thanks for your help.
