Hi all,
I am changing my gravity shower too a digital pumped one.
My question is "can i connect the pipes that went too the mixer valve straight too the digital pump unit in the loft".
I have stripped out the old unit and am left with the 2 pipes and the mixer valve hanging there.
Any help appriciated.

providing one comes from the hot water cylinder and one from the cws tank

Thanks for the reply.
I have a pipe coming down from the ceiling that i know is the cold from the tank in the loft and i have one coming from the floor that i presume is the hot. I don't know if the hot is direct from the cylinder or shared with the rest of the taps upstairs.
I wasn't sure if the digital shower had to have its own direct supply of hot water.
Thanks again.

Can anyone tell me if the above needs its own direct hot water supply, cos if not im gonna use the one thats there. If it does ill get plumber.
Thanks

they do recommend that you take from the horizontal pipe from the top of the cylinder (not a surrey flange.)

or the first supply from the vertical hw supply to taps.
below the horizontal tee.
