Aqualisa dripping shower

Hi we had a 2000 model aqualisa shower upgraded to a dream by Aqualisa as the old shower control was leaking - it was 17 years old; they suggested an upgrade given the relative cost of replacing the cartridge.

Upgrade and 2 x new cartridges and one new O ring later, the shower head drips constantly. Any suggestions as to what the problem is most welcome?

Thanks but it's had 2x new cartridges. Do you think they could both be faulty?

Thanks - so if Aqualisa simply upgraded the shower kit would they have installed a new valve too? It seems most likely that they just updated the kit to a Dream and mated the new kit to the existing historic valve assembly which presumably sits in the wall behind the tiles? I'm not a plumber just a consumer - are you saying that it could be the pre-existing valve that has failed? Is that easy for a plumber to deal with?
