I'm laying 6mm aquapanel floor on top of 18mm WBP ply that is level and fully supported by joists and noggins.
The aquapanel will be screwed down and covered with a decoupling layer and underfloor heating cables, before being covered with large format tiles.
Is it imperative to use flexible tile adhesive between the aquapanel and ply and should the ply be primed with something like BAL SBR? If I do need flexible adhesive, what size of trowel would you recommend?
