AQUARIAS WF540 1400 FRONT LOAD WASHING MACHINE

I have an aquarius WF540 1400 wash machine. When it is filling water is pouring out around the detergent drawer on front of machine. Can anyone help with this one??

Jets blocked in dispenser or build up of soap powder in the rubber tube that runs from the dispenser and drum.
