Aquarius WMA32 Not Spinning

Hello,

We have a Hotpoint Aquarius Extra WMA32 1200 and it has stopped spinning. It has a load in it that is dripping wet too! The door lock seems to be OK and when we try and do a spin it makes all the usual noises but does not do anything.

Just tried doing a complete wash from start to finish and again, just makes all the noises.

Any ideas anyone?

HI MATE TAKE TOP LED OFF YOUR WASHER LOOK DOWN TO BAK CHECK SEE IF YOUR BELT IS ON. U MIGHT WANT CHECK YOUR CARBON BUSHES TOO,, HOPE THAT HELPS .
