ardo 1000 not spinning

i have an ardo 1000automatic washing machine and i am going crazy.it is not spinning nor washing clothes.i.e the drum remains still nor move clockwise neither anticlockwise!!what can happen?and how can i fix it?please send me ur response thanks very much(it fills and drains as usual)

Check the belt. Check the carbons in the motor.
