Are certain makes of upvc window hinge stronger?

I replaced some top hung hinges on a large window on an upper floor.
I got the hinges from a diy chain but it doesn't seem very strong for such a large window

Can anyone please tell me of there are some makes that will be stronger?

In what way do you think they aren't strong enough?

The metal they were made from didn't seem as thick a gauge as the ones that I replaced.

Try ebay for greater variety.
