does anyone collect anything?
quite by accident about 30 years ago, I started collecting angels....since my recent misfortune....i thought i would count them....so far i have 360!...had no idea....some are not unpacked yet so there are more.

does anyone have something they collect? thought it would be interesting...

I also collect 'ethnic' CDs, stuff from around the world - so I have 'Bhangra', Malay, real-India, Hawaii, Scotland, Peru, USA, Holland, Germany, France, Spain, Bali, Japan, 'Africa' etc etc. Quite often they are, for example, "The Music of China" and cost about £2.99. My Hawaiian one has a different listing on the back from the inside cover. lol.

I can imagine as I get older I will leave behind the heavy metal and cathartic hip-hop and the rock (slightly) and go into folky stuff from around the world. Grow a beard, wear sandals, get a dog on a string.

I collect currency. I keep trying to expand my collection but I can't seem to find any more. If anyone has any I would be grateful if they would send it on. Only sterling or euros though, I don't tend to bother with all the foreign stuff.

I used to collect horses and had some really rare white porcelain Russian ones. When we moved into our 1st home together, hubby threw the box to me not realising what it contained End of horse collection.

Then I started to collect pigs - through no fault of my own! I've always liked pigs and suddenly everyone started to buy them for me - I have two storage boxes of them under my spare bed!

I have loads of beanie babies too - again a collection started by others LOL

The only thing I do collect that I have out on display now are my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel ornaments. I don't have loads and the ones I do have are good ones. If anyone starts to buy me tacky ones then they'll end up with all the other stuff under the bed or in the loft
