Are these inside cracks something to worry about?

Looking to buy a Victorian terrace house and had a level 3 survey completed. It has some small thermal vertical cracks on the outside of the house around the lintel for one of the windows. And some cracks on the inside of the room. The survey thought that the cracks inside where likely due to thermal cracking outside but wasn't conclusive - only way to tell for sure is to get a structural engineers report... but wondered if the good folk here had a view? None of the cracks seem to be more than 15mm wide... how serious does it look?

Lintel cracks above window either side in many houses.
Wall and ceiling cracks are very common.
Bricks need repointing.
Not much of a foundation on old homes and when drainage was put in after house was built without modern compacting equipment, there was a bit of settlement.
Houses move especially around certain areas like under windows or around window and above doors as no force going down front top to bottom of house. Ground swells and dries so areas with no weight move first. That's why tiled sills crack sometimes as no weight on them so they rise up in winter wet weather.
Big investment so maybe get it looked at. Don't trust me or forum advice.
