Hi!
We’ve recently moved into this property and we’ve noticed a water mark at the edge of our extended single story extension and also around some of the spotlights. We had a roofer in to inspect who said our roof is at 15 degrees pitch and that these tiles are not suitable for this pitch. He said they are called Gemini but was wondering if you guys can confirm this?

Don't know about Gemini but if they are conventional plain tiles, they would not be suitable for a pitch of 15°.
The 2nd course below the flashing also looks suspect - you might be getting water ingress there.

Yes he is correct. They do look like a gemini to me , which is an interlocking tile made to mimic plain tiles.
Minimum pitch is 22.5 from memory .

Lead flashing could do with checking and a bit of a dress... Maybe just maybe
