Can someone solve a problem I have with my Ariston Genus HE 30, the heating comes on at all times without being programmed to. The thermostat is set to off at 14 degrees in the off mode but the heating will come on its own and sometimes when it comes to the end of its on shedule the thermostat will go back to its off setting but the heating stays on and the only way to shut it off is to turn the power off and on. The temperature is controlled by a programable remote thermostat.
