Ariston Combi Boiler A23 NO heating OR Hot Water

PROBLEM

Not getting any HOT water or heating
Hi All,

Boiler consistantly showing a Red light every time I press the reset switch

Fan spins everytime i press the reset switch and i can hear the sparks but there is no flame.

it sparks for about 7 seconds and then shows the red light

I have repalced the sensor

was wondering if it could be a fault with the Gas valve

any help would be great
