hello guys, problem with a boiler here.
the boiler developed intermitant problem of no hot water prior to total failure, unit does not light for heating or domestic hot water.
second problem it appears the the radiator needs topping up every two weeks due to water leaks at radiater valves when the top valve on the non thermostate valve is tightend another rad then leaks. the valve flow adjusters are tightend so much that the seals have now burst through.
is it possible that the thermostate valves are at the wrong end(out flow end) and that this is causing leakage.
any ideas on both of these problems
thanks
