Ariston combination issues

Hi can someone help at all. I have an Ariston combi boiler that is about 11yrs old, that has been playing up, I was advised it was the pump, we have replaced this but it's not even firing up,it goes too but it shuts off with a red light in. After reading the instructions it's says it's low water pressure,but the pressure is on 2bars. I have no heating or hotwater.can anyone help.
