dishwasher does not clean well, leaves residue. also leaves line of grease at bottom of door after every wash. does anyone have any ideas?

Clean the spray arm jets. You'll find food residue blocking some of the holes. Clean all the filters and meshes.
Use a dishwasher cleaner to disolve and clean out the grease.
Once it's cleaned out and working again rinse foodstuff off the plates before putting them into the dishwasher.


Unplug your appliance before working on it.
