Hi everyone,
I have this fairly new (0 services yet, all factory parts on it) Ariston Genus One Net Boiler (24KW EXT version) and I'm having an issue with it.
On DHW request, if the boiler is not working at that moment, it makes a loud noise while it's trying to start, vibrating the wall (I think that's called ignition delay). Not every time though, I'd say it's random.
Central heating is fine (although rarely it's not starting totally silent).
0 errors logged. (I'm saying this because I'm reading that these boilers are known to have all short of ignition issues and different error codes)
Technician called in and said analyzer is reading perfect values on all loads, Natural Gas line has also stable pressure.
Is this kind of noise expected / normal on these boilers? Is there anything I should do about it?
