Ariston Micro Genus 23/28 MFFI turning off eventually

I have an Ariston Micro Genus 23/28 MFFI from 2006. Since a couple of years (summer or winter time), I realized that when I am in the shower the water suddenly gets cold for a few seconds and then returns warm normally. When I tested this fault in front of the boiler, I realized that it turns off for a few seconds and then restarts again (maybe 5 seconds, no led errors, no noises, front panel looks fine) . What could it be? . For the record, I changed the boiler pump past year because stopped working after all these years. Thanks for your help!
