ariston microgenus 23 mffi - Hot water

Hi guys,

Our ariston microgenus 23 mffi boiler only ever gives intermittently hot water, i have been searching around but can not seem to find any reasons why. I'd like to have a little bit of an idea before calling someone out. after searching the web i found this youtube video that shows the exact same issue i am experiencing
