You have done weel to last a year without problems
These are perfectly good boilers if they are properly installed and the system is power flushed.
Unfortunately because the boiler is quite cheap to buy, its usually fitted by cowboys who do NOT power flush the system.
I expect your problem is caused by a blocked DHW HE ! This in not the boiler's fault but the fault of the installer. Call him back to sort it out!!!
I am being quite nice to Ariston today but I am not very pleased by a recent experience and would ask their tech manager to call me on 07956 440480.
