Hi,
Pressure guage fluctuates between 0bar and +3bar at times, boiler shuts down as if pressure low but comes back on. Pressure relief valve does not blow off when guage reading above 3bar. Help please

suspect the expansion vessel needs recharging with air. drain all the water from a radiator drain valve and the attatch a footpump to the car tyre type valve on the pressure vessel and pump it up to around .75bar. If water comes out the valve it's shot.

Leave something open so the water diplaced from the vessel can go somewhere, too, whiole pumping.
