When I moved into my house I had all the carpets replaced and the ground floor was tiled with old vinyl type tiles
They were generally in good condition but all the ones around the edges where damaged by previous carpet grip strips
The carpet was installed over this old flooring would this cause a problem?
At the time (20 years ago) I had no idea they were asbestos
