asbestos- is this worth testing

little late in some respects as I've removed a bathroom ceiling- that said it runs throughout my downstairs most of which still requires renovating.

The board itself I'm less concerned about as this does appear to have the appearance of plasterboard (sandwiched in between the outer paper layers). The textured surface looks extremely thin ....

Would this still be worth testing? House of 1970s vintage.

Don't bother. Likely to be low concentration of chrysotile which is not notifiable nor licenced work.

Treat as positive and leave or remove carefully following HSE guidance.
