asbestos roof

Hi Guys ,

Can someone help or advise me

I work in a workshop that has asbestos roof panels that i know are fine if they stay in that condition , but today for no reason small chunk fell off and looking at the roof its cracked all over its full of water marks and leaks and in a very bad state .

They old boys at work say its fine and laugh but they never wear safety specs when grinding or drilling so i know they not to sharp anyway . Should i be worried ?

should imagine its cement asbestos which is not as harmful as blue but
phone the hse if your not 100% sure
