asbestos toilet soil pipe

I want to put in a toilet up stairs but our soil pipe is asbestos (Everite) does anybody know how or if you can branch off them or does the whole pipe have to be replaced and if so whats the approx' cost.

Think you will need to replace as you cannot cut asbestos due to fibres beig released into the air.

Get quotes and have the asbestos removed by a specialist company.
