Attaching gutter to concrete roof

we have a flat roof of concrete and a felt topping.



when it rains we get water running off the roof and making a mess on the wall and patio.

How best to fix guttering?

You best bet would be to hang gutters beneath it, halfway like this picture

Fastening the gutters will be a little tricky since yours does not have a wall to fasten it.
Probably not a DIY.

I don't think the rise and fall spikes will be long enough. If not screw some 4x3 timber upwards into the underneath of the conc but slightly inset, then screw your normal plastic gutter brackets into the timber.
