Hi all
Trying to attach the radiator to valve. See pic.
Had to rehang the radiator. Not marrying up. Not enough play in the vertical pipe to connect. Have seen stuff in screwfix/toolstation.
Any advice gratefully received please

Even if there was play in the vertical pipe it wouldn't form a water tight seal because it wouldn't line up.
Two options:
1. Find a way of moving the radiator so the pipe and valve line up. You don't say what the situation is with the connection at the other side of the radiator
2. Cut the vertical pipe near the floor and install two 90degree bend adapters to get the pipe to line up with the valve. Because of restricted space these will probably need to be soldered rather than compression fittings
