Audi 80 Airbag warning light staying on.

Hi, My air bag warning light stays on for a couple of minutes after starting, it used to go out almost straight away.... any ideas... I know it is not an MOT failure but it does get annoying. Al

Check the wiring under the seat first, they usually have a sensor built into the seat which detects if anyone is sitting in it.
Failing that, you need someone with Vag-com to do a diagnostic scan to find where the problem is
