No, but I'm sure the advice in the manual is the same as every other car fitted with airbags. "Take it to a main dealer immediately" There are no user servicable parts.

Totally not worth the risk of doing anything OTHER than taking it to a dealer. You will be kicking yourself if you crash, and one of the airbags doesn't go off which results in a passenger dying. Or if you are driving along and one goes off spontaneously which makes you crash. People never had these problems before airbags, but I am certain the advantages outweigh the disadvantages of possible servicing issues.

There is possibly a legal issue here too... Airbags are about the only thing that contains pyros and can be taken across borders with no special papers and licences. I am not certain but I would imagine it is illegal to knowingly bring a faulty airbag into another country, due to the pyrotechnics issues.

Remember that if your car is less than 3 years old it is almost certainly covered by your warranty. Have you (or a previous owner) possibly had a minor nudge? This may have upset the sensors; one would hope it wouldn't be too expensive if it is just a matter of resetting something.

Definitely take it to an AUDI or VAG dealer though.

Renault have a problem in this area, are the front seats being constantly adjusted fore and aft ? In the renault case, it could be detached or broken wire under the seat  So may not be financially crippling .. but then buy an A3 --- It aint gonna be cheapo to run .. properly!!

Takes one to know one! :p

Was told off at school for being a pedant and a worrier, now I do it for a living!

Does that mean later in life I can make a living out of pooing in my pants and splashing about wearing armbands?

Oh, and without moving to Germany to become an "actor".
