Automatic cylinders?

what is an Automatic cylinder?

it was written on the side of a Gledhill (?) combi cylinder, i couldnt find a tank feeding the solid fuel boiler so assumed it was a 'Primatic type' cylinder\system, but when the cylinder was removed it had a coil in it?

Gledhill make cyls. must be a "primatic" but better design with coil heat exchanger and some auto fill/vent in the top half ........you mean it was like a Fortic combo...........never seen one meself
