Avoid toilet on a plinth?

After doing much of my loft conversion I am now fitting the toilet. The soil pipe I put in comes into the small bathroom area above a steel I-beam at a height of 300mm. The toilet waste is at 185mm, so I guess I need to raise the toilet on a plinth of at least 115mm. Head height is limited - can anyone give me any tips to avoid having a plinth (I can't go under the steel, or through it!)
Thanks

Water doesn't run uphill, so if you can't go under or through the RSJ, can you go round it (change the soil pipe route)?

Can't go around the steel either as it is wall to wall.
I'll have a read into the saniflo, but looks like it will have to be a plinth.
Thanks for comments!
