I have two questions regarding an AXA toilet, which was made in Italy, I have a customer who has broken the push flush on the top of the cistern.
1st Q. Does anyone know of an AXA rep in the UK - if so I would appreciate the contact details. All I get from Google and Yellow Pages is AXA insurance and it's definitely not them. I have also tried emailing the company in Italy, so far no reply.
Assuming the answer to the first Q is negative, I'll have to change the toilet.
2nd Q. Since this is a wall fitted close coupled system I can not see the soil pipe, so does anyone know if it is at the standard UK hight of 190mm from floor to center of soil pipe output.?
Also, anyone who has had experience of changing out these Italian toilets - please drop me a line.
