Looks like the BA Pilotess was in the right - in law anyway - Achieved a result for the second time.
I saw / heard a tiny snippet on TV news not long ago .. nothing more.

Looks like 8 wide ranging reasons for employer to refuse flexible hrs ... But the possibility of a 'discrimination claim' which may follow a refusal is daunting.
