Hi, looking for some advise...as you might expect from a forum!

I am in the process of planning to refitting my bathroom and will be replacing the toilet however I want one that fits flush to the wall, i.e you don't see the waste pipe.

My waste pipe currently comes through the floor. Is it possible to fit a toilet of this type? I assume I just need some sort of right angled waste adaptor or is it not that simple?!

Here is an example of the toilet I am looking at...

They are really awkward to connect to a floor soil pipe. The only way we get around it is to use an elbow multikwick connector which has an extendable section.
Attach it to the pan outlet first and then insert the other end with the pan away from the wall then push the pan back to the wall.
