Backdoor Expanding in the Sun and Scraping?

The back door (or the bottom strip) always expands when the sun gets warm (yesterday and today), and the brass strip at the bottom scrapes the threshold. It seems worse this year? Is there a way of raising this door? Or should I remove the strip? I can feel screws underneath holding it place. There's three of these hinges.

I'm not sure if those hinges offer any height adjustment. Can you post a pic of the inside face of the hinge? i.e. the part that's normally hidden when the door is closed.

Is there a screw underneath the hinge to raise the door? Also, I have a little plastic ramp at the bottom of my threshold strip which supports the door when closed.
