mine has a few large blades and saws. couple of odd hands that i forgot to take out and a fair bit of blood



or..... bottle of pop, some food, wallet, random junk etc

Waterproof overtrousers, spare pullover, map, compass, binos, camera, small first aid kit, plastic bags for picking wild mushrooms or watercress, bottles of water (food & coffee for longer trips), glucose tabs, insect repellent.

That's for a trip to the newsagents.

Gym kit. What should I do, carry my sweaty smelly shorts around in my arms, ready to drop into your lap when the train stops? Or my sopping-wet shorts if I've been for a swim? Mmmmm, nad-sweat and swimming pool water, just what you've always wanted!!!

Think yourself lucky, I used to carry a cello around in a soft case... the floor-spike is unprotected in such a case!!! Shins would occasionally get accidentally jabbed... only if they were rude people who barged into me though.
